Speckled Space currently ships to islandwide in Singapore, excluding restricted areas (e.g. Pulau Ubin). For international orders, please contact us directly for a quote on the shipping fee.
There will be a flat fee of $5.00 for every purchase you make regardless of size, weight and value.
Our standard Delivery timing is Monday to Saturday, between 9am – 10pm. However if you prefer an express delivery (next working day), delivery fee will be S$12

Your orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, from Monday to Friday. Generally you will receive the item within 4-6 working days from the day of order confirmation. However, there maybe some slight delay in delivery of orders during peak / festive season.
Delivery Service Providers
We use trusted Service Providers through Easyparcel to delivery your order depending on product size and weight.
All our customers will be notified with a Shipping Confirmation email once the orders are dispatched out. Tracking number will be provided inside the email.
In the event that you would like to self-collect your order from our warehouse, please opt for “self-collection” upon checking out your order. Once you have received your fulfilment confirmation order, we will get in touch with you to pick up your order or alternatively you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are located at:

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items
We put in effort in checking all items before shipping and provide ample protective packing materials for all orders. However unforeseen incidents do happen at times.
If the item(s) are damaged through shipping or we have sent you the incorrect products or quantity, please contact us within three (3) days upon delivery.
We will contact you and request photos to confirm that the item(s) are damaged, faulty or wrong item(s). Once confirmed, we will arrange replacement of item to be sent if same product is still available in store or offer a refund on the affect item(s) if the product is sold out.
No Questions Asked 14-Day Return Policy
So if you change your mind, fret not! You may return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received the item (subject to Return Eligibility below), no questions asked. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment, and we will arrange for the item to be picked up from you!
Made to order products will not be entitled to our 14-Day Return Policy unless item is deemed as defective.
Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:
- Within 14 days after delivery
- New condition and unused
- Original packaging
- Item is not marked as “As-Is” or "Final Sale" (indicated on the product page)
Speckled Space reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions.
Please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable. As such, you will be refunded the order that you have placed.
Changing Your Order
If you’d like to change your order before it is shipped out to you, we’ll gladly process it with no additional costs to you. Email us at email@example.com and we will get in touch with you.
Placed an order but change your mind? Don’t worry! You can cancel your order with no additional charge and receive a full refund of the item(s) you wish to cancel. Refund will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment. Unfortunately, after you have received an email confirming your order delivery, delivery costs will be non-refundable.
Products that are made to order are not entitled to our Cancellation Policy.
